A three-year-old boy was allegedly abused at a kindergarten in the town of La Plata, and investigations are ongoing to determine if the act occurred. The complaint was made against the director of the daycare located on 48th Street, between diagonal 73 and 16. After learning of the incident, a search was conducted at the location, but no arrests were made.
The family's lawyer, Emiliano Núñez, mentioned that the mother picked up the child, and upon arriving home, the child confided that he felt discomfort in the anal area. Subsequently, the mother took the child to an interview with a psychologist, during which the young boy detailed moments that helped clarify the circumstances of the alleged abuse.
According to sources from the local council, the kindergarten was closed due to lack of proper authorization and necessary security measures in the absence of documents required by the Fire Department. This case has raised concerns among parents and relatives of the children attending the kindergarten.
Last Monday, the child returned home crying and in pain, and after being asked, he recounted an episode he had experienced at the kindergarten. Following the mother's report to the DDI La Plata, an investigation was initiated by UFI No. 16, currently overseen by prosecutor Eugenia Di Lorenzo. The prosecutor's office and the court are working to clarify what happened.
